Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
