Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a trip to address national troops in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. He stated that he met with fighters at the operational headquarters of the initial brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately 20km from Pokrovsk.

Intense Circumstances in Pokrovsk

Geospatial data from a Ukrainian project indicated that opposition armies had pushed further into Pokrovsk and its environs, though much of it remained beyond firm control by both forces. The situation remains critical, with reports indicating that Russian forces were fortifying positions and strengthening posts in certain areas.
